Duration: Active until death

As long as you retain this shout, your armor statistics are changed to those of the Knights armor, and you receive the same regen/energy degen as mending. You will also run at the first enemy warrior in your view, and attack them; completely ignoring the casters. Furthermore, if you are the last person remaining in your group, you will run away from certain death; in order to survive for a pathetic 10-15 seconds longer.
If you are killed while "I r teh n00b" is in effect, you will shout out random sentence fragments such as "omg ur team sux" or "y din u 1v1 lik i sed, u jus fraid o me", despite the fact that you got owned without any effort from the other team.

100% agree + support this. The ONLY purpose i use this skill for is "Choking Gas".

Make it BIT weaker and nonelite. A skill designet just for use with ONE other skill isnt well designet, ballanced and doesnt integrate into the games idea of skill combination.

Spell-Death : Casting time 8 seconds- 25 energy- 60recharge
You sacrifice all of you health and remaining energy to create a level 17-23 shadow with -1 regen that you control as a character. As long as this shadow is alive your body cannot be raised or used to create effects. When this shadow is killed you are raised with no DP and 50% of your health and energy at the spot where it was killed. 50% of failure with Death 4 or less.

Well of vile thoughts
Enchantment-Curse: Casting time 2 seconds - 15 energy - 1 recharge
If ever you die, your corpse turns into a well which causes weakness as long as they remain in it and you remain dead. This effect can only be dispelled if you are raised or if your corpse is used by another necromantic ability.

Necromancers are Necromancers not Diabolists. They manipulate death not portals to other dimensions and realities. Demons don't fit the proffession's description. Necro (which means death) mancer (which means manipulator)

Revised some Inspiration skills so that they inspire the team and not just the sole caster.
Seems balanced to me.

Mantra of Recovery (elite)
For 5-20 seconds, spells cast by you and your allies recharge 50% faster.

Mantra of Concetration
For 10-20 seconds, the next time you or your allies would be interrupted while performing a skill, you are not interrupted, and Mantra of Concentration ends.
Energy:15 | Cast: - | Recast: 20

Mantra of Earth
For 10-20 seconds, whenver you or your allies take Earth damage, that damage is reduced by 26-50% while gaining 1 Energy.
Energy:15 | Cast: - | Recast: 30

Mantra of Flame
For 10-20 seconds, whenver you or your allies take Flame damage, that damage is reduced by 26-50% while gaining 1 Energy.

Mantra of Frost

Monk:
"Will To Survive" {E} (Self-Only) --Divine Favor--
Cost: 25, Cast: 3, Recast: 20, Lasting: 10-72
For every 9-2 (1 with divine favor: 16) hexes or conditions your teammates are suffering from, you gain +1 energy regeneration.
Else, you loose -1 energy regeneration for each of your teammates that isnt suffering from a hex or condition.

Comment: With the loosing or gaining, its a risked Elite, but It can be very powerfull, but also devasting, as you cant cancel it, and your teammates run out of hexes/conditions, your own elite is killing you ^^



Necro:
"Offering of The Soul" {E} (Blood/Death Magic)
Costs: None; Cast: 5; Recast: Immediately
This spell has a chance of 100% to fail with Blood/Death Magic under 13. (so it has to be a necro primary class)
*Ally-only:
You will sacrify your life, and your soul will move into the body of your targeted ally. This works like a spiritual boost (perhaps a new idea to bringing into game with a new class), its like an enchantement, but cannot be removed by any ennemi spell, only the targeted ally can decide to remove it.
This ally gets a +energy regeneration, of how much you had at the moment you sacrified your life. Same with his Max health, it will be increased by your health at the moment you sacrified your life.
Now as long as your ally keeps the boost on him, your corpse cannot be revived.
*Foe-only:
You will sacrify your life, and your soul will attack the soul of your targeted ennemi.
This works as a hex. When your target stayed hexed for 1second: That foe looses energy in the amount of how much you had at the moment you started casting this spell. The amount of health you had when you sacrified your life will be dealt as shadow damage to that foe, ignoring armor.
But as your spirit left you, you will be left with a much higher deathmalus then you get by dying a normal way.
After the attack your soul gets back to your body and you can be revived.
But the higher your Deathmalus, the longer it takes your soul to come back.

Comment: A really really strong Elite, devasting any monk. Easy Counter: Hex Breaker



Necro:
"Aura of the Darkness" {E} (Death Magic)
Costs: 15; Cast: 2; Recast: 30, Lasting: 20
As the Dark power has always been fighting against the light, one Dark lord finally found a strong weapon to fight against the overpowered Soldiers of the Church.
All nearby allies get affected by this, it works like a ward. Holy damage done by smiting spells or enchantements is reduced by 25%-125%.

Comments: As there is no real counter against Smiting, the damage isnt reduced by armors, this could be a possibility.



Ele:
"Wall of Water" {E} (Water Magic)
Costs: 20; Cast: 2; Recast: 45; Lasting: 10-30
As the elementalists raises in the air and pronounces his forumula, suddenly the earth begins to vibrate. All around his allies water starts coming out of the ground.
As soon as this spell is casted, a wall of water comes around near the caster (not too close), this wall blocks EVERYONE who wants to pass it, foes as allies. It also blocks projectiles or spells which are being throwed (like phoenix or fireball).

Comments: Its nice against warriors or ranger teams, if your team is in trouble.
Well if you have an fire ele against you, hes going to spamm meteor and meteor storm in there. Any AoE spell will hurt your team badliest. Also can the ennemi team come and hex you a lot. If your gettin trapped by spamm of AoE, your team is going down, because the Elite blocks everyone.
Perhaps with the roleplay, we could go so far, that the water makes up a shield also from above, as conclusion: Fire skills, also fireball and phoenix will be passing trough the wall, but air, earth and water spells will fail on it.

Well I think they numbers of costs, lasting, recharge and the affection in % isnt perfectly ballanced, but If there are put new skills it could be in the way like this. Actually GW is a great roleplay game, no reproach to it, the developers did some great work, but it could be improved in the way of making the skills more in that way like
Light vs Dark, I really like necros and monks, perhaps its why I focus on them ^^, but also other stuff, theres just so much you could add to make the game even more exciting. Powering up some classes, like water eles are always underestimated.

really nice idea, its a bit same than mine, but in another way. Perhaps you could add something, like special attacks only done by monsters in PvE, that shadow could do special attacks.
Its a really great idea, and I would love it, but there would be much discussion needed, like: tiny armor and strong attacks? or very strong armor and strong attacks, but very tiny healthbar? would that shadow need energy?
but its a really lovely idea.

One personal question, do you like Necros? because its my favorite profession.

Preface: Playing as a Necro there is no way in PvE to escape a mob of aggrod beasts that have just laid waste to your party. This skill would give an opportunity to retreat successfully or even give the primary necro some running skill

For 5-15 Seconds, you gain 1-6 more energy when something dies and 5-40 health when a non-minion dies.

for the next 3-16 seconds (1~12 att lvl) you can use 2 preparations/stances/copies of the same hex/copies of the same enchantment at once. This is an elite skill.

ie. you can storm-chase and sprint at the same time

For 10-20 seconds, target suffers 60 chaos damage "each time" its energy reaches zero.

Shutoff {Elite} offshoot of black out
energy 10
recharge - 60 seconds
casting - 0
Your skills are disable for 10-4 seconds. Touched target is cannot attack or use a skill for 8-18 seconds. Target now can no longer be the target of any spells, hexes, enchantments, or attacks from both allies or enemies and cannot regenerate energy or health during the duration.

sry but this is just useless, what about you would put something like:
costs, cast, recharge add it to you list?
and loosing 20energy for 20sec immune to stats`?
